COMPANY

UAB ECOWOOD was established in 2002. Company is situated in Vilkija near second largest city of Lithuania, Kaunas. Company’s territory covers 1.5 ha , production workshops cover 3000 m², storages take 2500 m². 

The production of high quality solid and multilayer wood products for door, staircase and flooring  is the major activity of company. The wooden furniture parts and wooden profiles are produced as well. 

The investments are made for the modernization as well as improvement of quality of production and the environment each year. New investments have been made in 2006 into the planners, finger jointing machines and the veneering line. In 2008 new floors oiling line. 2009 foors packing line. 2010 new modern CNC woodworking center.

Company employes 85 skilled wood processing specialists. From the company’s establishment, the major part of production is exported to European Union countries.
